Crosslisting for charity shops
List once. Sell everywhere. Raise more.
Ripple puts your donated stock on eBay, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Causee and your own online shop from one place, writes the listings from your photos, and takes items down everywhere the moment they sell.
Built and used every day by The Fertility Foundation’s charity shops.

Everything a charity shop needs to sell online
Less time typing, more stock online, and no more selling the same item twice.
Seven marketplaces, one inventory
eBay, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Causee, your WooCommerce shop and Discogs. Every item, every listing, one list.
Listings written from photos
Snap the item and the label; Ripple writes the title, description, condition and item specifics, in your shop's own style.
Bulk generate on a phone
Volunteers photograph a rail of stock on a phone; Ripple turns it into ready-to-check drafts.
Priced from real sales
Prices come from recent eBay UK sold listings that match the item, not guesses.
Sold once, gone everywhere
When something sells, Ripple takes it down on every other marketplace within minutes, with nobody at a computer.
Barcodes and ISBNs
Books, DVDs and games: Ripple reads the barcode in your photos and matches eBay's catalogue.
Fresh listings, automatically
Old listings are relisted on Vinted, Depop and Facebook, and refreshed on eBay, so stock keeps being seen.
Built for teams and shops
Owners, managers, listers and researchers, each shop with its own stock, sales and staff.

From donation bag to sold, in three steps
1
Photograph it
Take a few photos on a phone: the front, the label, any flaws, the barcode. Add a rail at a time with Bulk generate.
2
Check and approve
Ripple writes the listing in your shop's style and prices it from real eBay sales. A volunteer checks it and approves.
3
It sells, everywhere
Ripple lists it on your marketplaces. When it sells on one, it's taken down on the rest, and the π tells you to post it.
eBay, WooCommerce and Discogs run from Ripple’s server, even with every computer off. For Vinted, Depop, Facebook and Causee, one shop computer (a Chromebook is ideal) does the work in the background. How that works
Built by a charity, for charities
The Fertility Foundation built Ripple for its own charity shops, because the crosslisting tools on the market are made for full-time resellers, not volunteers, donated stock and shops with a mission. Every pound our shops raise online helps people have the family they hope for.
Now we’re opening Ripple up to other charities, so your shop’s donations can reach more buyers too.

Questions
Do we need a computer on all the time?
For eBay, WooCommerce and Discogs, no: Ripple's server does it. For Vinted, Depop, Facebook and Causee, one shop computer with Chrome (a Chromebook is ideal) needs to be on, so it can work on those sites for you.
Do you see our marketplace passwords?
No. Ripple works in your own signed-in browser and never sees marketplace passwords. eBay, WooCommerce and Discogs are connected with keys that stay on Ripple's server.
Can volunteers use it?
Yes. Give each person their own sign-in and a role: listers and researchers see only what they need, and only their own shop's stock.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Add stock, photograph a rail with Bulk generate, research prices and see sales on any phone.
We have more than one shop.
Ripple keeps each shop's stock and sales separate, and shows them together for managers.
How do we start?
